ANOTHER HALF-MARATHoN DONE (ALMOST)

Yesterday, the two of us again donned our Horizon Scandal Fund T-shirts to raise awareness for the charity at the Bath Half Marathon.

The good news is that Helen made it round in 2 hours 12 minutes. The bad news is that I didn't - unfortunately I had to retire after 9 miles. A dodgy ankle just wouldn't hold up I'm afraid but we both got a lot of shout outs for the cause as we ran round.

I just wanted to thank all those who donated over the past couple of weeks in support of our efforts and I hope you don't now feel short-changed.

And of course, fund-raising is ongoing as we are still receiving fresh applications for help. Donations, however small, are welcome here at anytime.
