Applications for financial assistance are welcome from any current or former Subpostmasters, Post Office workers and/or members of their families who have suffered any harms and/or financial loss arising from the Post Office’s punitive business practices and the Horizon software.

In the first instance, please email info@horizonscandalfund.org stating who you are, why you are affected by the Post Office Horizon scandal, how much money you want and what you intend to use it for. Please include your phone number. We will then either call you or send a short form to request further details. Your personal information will never be shared outside the trust without your express permission and will be handled and stored internally in accordance with standard GDPR protocols.

- to help pay for travel to attend the statutory inquiry, or other seminars, hearings or debates about the scandal
- legal fees or other professional fees (e.g. forensic accountants)
- counselling or other therapy
- artistic, media or creative projects
- academic research
- hardship payments (emergency grants for food, rent, heating, or appliances, or medical equipment)
